How to request a refund

You have two options:

Email support@lifesimplified.app with your purchase email — include your Paddle order ID if possible.
Or contact Paddle directly via the receipt you received at purchase.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer; it is typically a few business days.

After the 14-day window

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If you have a legitimate issue — for example, the Software stops working on a supported macOS version — please reach out to support@lifesimplified.app; we'll do what we can to make it right.
