These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OmniDisk ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

OmniDisk is a disk space visualization and management tool for Android devices. The App is intended for personal use to analyze and manage storage on your device. The App requires Android 5.0 or later.

2. No Account Required

OmniDisk does not require account creation or user registration. The App operates entirely on your device without any backend services or cloud connectivity.

3. Storage Access and Permissions

• The App requires storage access permissions to scan and analyze your device files and folders.
• By granting these permissions, you allow the App to read file metadata (names, sizes, types, paths) but not file contents.
• The App displays installed application information to provide per-app storage analysis.
• All analysis is performed locally on your device. No data is transmitted externally.

4. File Deletion and User Responsibility

Important: OmniDisk provides the ability to delete files directly from within the App. By using the file deletion feature, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for any files you choose to delete.
• The App provides a confirmation dialog before deletion, but once confirmed, files may be permanently removed.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the deletion feature.
• You should exercise caution when deleting files, especially system files or important data.
• Some deletions may affect app functionality or system stability.

We strongly recommend backing up important files before deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access, modify, or delete files you do not have permission to manage.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
• Use the App in ways that could damage your device or others' devices.

6. Intellectual Property

OmniDisk and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Life Simplified. The App is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of storage analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

Storage analysis is based on available system information and may not always be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Data loss resulting from file deletions you perform
• Device malfunction or corruption
• Inaccurate storage information or analysis
• Any other matter relating to the App

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Privacy

Our handling of device information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to that policy.

10. System Requirements

OmniDisk requires Android 5.0 or later. Some features may not be available on all devices or Android versions.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
