These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SSHVault ("the Software"), provided by Life Simplified ("we," "us"), contactable at support@lifesimplified.app. By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business use. A purchased license covers the entire 1.x version line, including all 1.x updates and bug fixes. It does not grant rights to future major versions (e.g. 2.0), which may require a separate upgrade.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment, tax, billing inquiries, and returns. Paddle's company details appear on your receipt.
The Software offers a free 14-day trial with full features. After the trial ends, a valid license is required to continue opening new connections.

SSHVault and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Life Simplified. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use under these Terms.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials, SSH keys, master password, and vault data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software, including (without limitation) data loss, compromised credentials, downtime, or any consequential or incidental damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it and (within the refund window) request a refund.
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to that policy.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update the Software from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms; continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict access if you materially breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
